My name is Kendall C. Kendall (yes, that’s my real name!), Client Care Coordinator, and it is my responsibility to to be the initial point of contact for all web and phone inquiries.
What does that entail? I answer questions, set up showings, create advanced searches, set up links to MLS for our clients, discuss the process, troubleshoot, problem solve…and more. I guess I sort of do it all and in doing so, I am able to really help our clients understand all of the tools available in their searches.
Just so you know, I am 20+ year veteran of the real estate industry and worked on several projects as a part of the One South Condo team before moving into my current position. I know Richmond and I know condos.
