Formerly a Baptist Home for Women, the property was converted during the condo conversion era in the middle 2000’s. The property is unique in that is one of the few ‘non-apartment’ conversions undertaken in the Fan District. The developers created larger and open spaces that are very well appointed with higher-end granites, tiles, cabinets and fixtures throughout. As with any historic renovation, many original architectural elements remain, some of which are not overly helpful. A few units in the building have some design challenges that have affected their value, but by and large, the design of the units is solid and they have resold well.
