Developed in the middle 2000’s by Stanley Shields (who was also involved in the nearby Pohlig Box Factory apartment community), the St. Patrick’s project is a renovation of and old Catholic School building built just after the turn of the century.
Converted to 15 units over the main schoolhouse and adjoining building, the project retained many features original to the school giving the units a great deal of texture and architectural interest. Historic Tax Credits partially helped fund the renovation so much of the original flow of the hallways was left largely intact.
