Developed in the 2008/9 timeframe, the Hamlet Condominiums are a conversion of an old dry cleaning facility strategically located within the Fan District. The project is mid-sized with 16 total 1 and 2 bed units with parking and a roof deck.
The Hamlet is somewhat unique in that it is a Fan District conversion of a non-residential property into living spaces. The majority of the properties in this area that have been converted to condos are apartments or non-industrial buildings. The Hamlet and the East Mews building are two that had industrial uses prior to their conversion.
