Located on the edge of VCU’s Monroe Park Campus just south of the Expressway along Harrison Street, the Tribeca Brownstones project will eventually be 30-40 units of townhomes and condos spanning both sides of S Harrison Street and the triangle shaped piece to the north.
Section one was a series of 8 townhomes built in 2007/8 with a contemporary flair in their design. The look and feel of the project was created by renown local architect David Johannas (who also served a development partner) and are one of the newer projects in the Randolph (Fan adjacent) neighborhoods.

2 and 3 bedroom town homes with garages and basements of approximately 2000 SF comprise phase one. Subsequent phases are in planning stages as of 2012.
