We have been actively working with condo buyers, sellers, builders and developers since 1991. Here are a few words from our clients –
We were doing research online about the condo market around VCU. We found the RichmondVACondos.net website and something made me pick up the phone. I could tell in a very short amount of time that Rick knew what he was talking about. He helped us find a great living space for our child relocating to VCU and we felt that in a very short order, we truly understood the market. It was a great experience.
I think that the best thing about working with anyone at One South is how well they understand what is going on. It really felt like they took the time to educate me about how to buy a condo. They had an amazing grasp of the financing side of things and really knew what to look out for. I had no idea how much more went into buying a condo as I had only bought single family homes before. I do know how to now and the entire team at One South played a part.
Even though I am from Richmond, I was largely unaware of what was going on Downtown. The array of properties is pretty staggering even to someone who is local. I found that working with Sarah and the One South team was so helpful because they knew all of the neighborhoods could help me to understand the trends in the area. I saw so many properties that I never knew existed and found a property that was perfect. I am glad I found an expert.
I had a unique property to sell and having an agent who was willing to invest the time in selling the property (not just listing it) was key. Selling property in neighborhoods undergoing revitalization is harder than most think as buyers tend to look at anything that hasn’t been done as never going to happen. Rick was able to anticipate a buyer’s questions and concerns and help them to understand what was happening to the properties around mine. You just don’t get that out of a typical Realtor.
We bought in a project that Rick and One South represented. When it was time to sell, I used them and not the one who sold it to me in the first place. There was never a question. They just knew more than anyone else and I wanted that on my side.
