Insider’s view — any red flags?
Red flags: St Patricks has two red flags, in my opinion: one is the design of certain units and the other is the noisyness of the common areas. As with any historic rehab, certain design elements need to be incorporated into the units that don't always work well with residential design. Secondly, the structure itself is well over 100 years old and the floors and common areas can be echoey and squeaky, making the ingress and egress of residents rather noisy. The location, however, is excellent and the area is quite walkable.
