Hero photography on the building detail pages and homepage tiles is sourced from the original richmondvacondos.net media library, building developer marketing assets, MLS lead photos via CVRMLS, and work captured over the years 2018–2026. We do not attribute photos to individuals on this site until each image has been confirmed against its source — a project still underway.

Building profiles, developer attributions, year-built and year-converted figures, unit counts, and historical narrative are drawn from a working master document maintained by Rick Jarvis since 2018, supplemented by public records (Richmond City Assessor, Henrico County GIS, Chesterfield County Real Estate Assessor), National Register nominations where applicable, developer marketing materials at original delivery, the CVRMLS / Trestle feed, and documented conversations with original developers, architects, and brokers from 2019–2025.
Where a specific fact — a year, a unit count, an architect attribution — cannot be independently confirmed against at least two of the above, we either flag it inline or omit it. The 2018 master document is a working draft, not gospel; corrections welcome.
All active, coming-soon, pending, and closed listing data displayed on this site is sourced from the Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service (CVRMLS) via the Trestle / Cotality OData API. Inventory counts, sale prices, $/SF figures, days-on-market figures, and listing-level photos are pulled live and cached for no more than 30 minutes per query.
The information displayed is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. CVRMLS field updates may lag actual market activity by minutes to hours. Any listing on this site that does not appear on the listing brokerage’s own website should be re-verified before action.

We do not publish per-building financing-approval status because that status is reviewed periodically and can change between our last check and your closing date.
This site runs on WordPress with a custom theme developed by One South Realty Group. The theme replaces an earlier IDXBroker-based stack and pulls listing data directly from CVRMLS via the Trestle / Cotality OData API.
Source code, build history, and a per-release changelog live in our internal repository. We are not currently distributing the theme publicly. If you are a CVRMLS broker interested in licensing a similar build, email us.
